What we do
Capseo provides websites with a new and efficient way to be seen. We are new because marketing has never been done like this before. Efficient because we focus on results rather than long hours of “consulting”. We help our customers increase their qualified audience, conversion rate etc. To do so, we build unique teams of webmarketers that suit the best to the problematic. Those who take part to these campaigns are called influencers. While clients monitor the results on their interface, influencers manage their tasks and their remuneration. Capseo match websites in need of visibility with skilled webmarketers that know how to get it.
What a startup
Capseo’s historic office is in France, but our presence is global. Our community is composed of influencers from over 25 different countries, we also have offices in USA and Tunisia. We’ve spent over two years developing our platform. We were inspired by our environment through the success of Google through Adwords, the boom of facebook epidemic and the transformation of e-commerce to social commerce. Our goal is to change the way companies think of webmarketing. CAPSEO is not only advertising, not only search engines, not only social media… it’s a master combination of the three to bring you an exclusive service
What we believe in
Capseo is convinced that crowd-sourcing has not been fully exploited till now. We can go deeper in managing the wisdom of crowds through the use of disruptive technology. To do so, we need to develop exceptional process and work-flows. We dream of a world where everyone can contribute their knowledge and expertise: speaking a language, living somewhere, practicing a sport, etc … Who can write about a product better than someone has already purchased it. That’s why our influencers are more than webmarketers; they can be customers, experts or simply enthusiasts promoting service, a place, an activity etc.

Solving big issue
Capseo is also thinking of a way to solve the dilemma of Web Marketplace model. We have attempted to solve this problem by searching for specific skills but it is not an easy challenge. Low cost handwork is readily available however it is also commonly translated into low quality. At Capseo we try to solve the demand / supply paradigm. Demand and Supply issue are not only about quantity of work that can be produced, it’s also about quality of the available supply. If all the excellent workers are employed, does it mean there are only bad workers available for hire ? Someone good at something may be bad at something else, so it is important to be sure that skills are allocated where they will be properly utilized.
