The CapLab is a virtual place where we can test our latest ideas. It can be directly related to webmarketing or more focused on crowd-working. We love to improve our services by making crash-tests. Finding breakthroughs in our process while on beta is like finding a gold nugget in a river !
We continually try to be aware and to listen to what happens outside Capseo, on the web, off the web. We never consider something as 100% finished: we believe there is always a way to improve it by innovating and trying new things. It’s a way to share and learn from everyone who is involved in Capseo : not only the staff, but also members of the community, partners and above all feedback from customers. This is our way to keep a foot in the Lab.

Ideas
Ideas may come at random moments: while taking a shower, jogging or even while sleeping. If you come visit us in one of our offices, you could take a look at the “The Wall of Ideas ”. Everyone working for a short or long term, or even coming for an appointment may have something in mind. Our advice: write it down before it slips away!
